Driven by a multi-generational family history of substance use, I bring a deeply empathetic and experienced perspective to my practice. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) and a National Certified Addiction Counselor (NCAC I), dedicated to helping individuals, families, and safety-sensitive employees navigate the complexities of substance use disorders and recovery.
My academic foundation includes a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's in Psychology with an Emphasis in Counseling from Lander University. Practicing since 2014 and achieving independent licensure in 2023, I provide expert, compassionate, and confidential virtual care.
In addition to traditional clinical therapy, I am a qualified Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I specialize in providing fast, fully compliant, 100% virtual Return-to-Duty (RTD) evaluations for safety-sensitive employees across multiple industries—including FMCSA (Trucking), FAA (Aviation), FRA (Rail), and FTA (Transit).
Whether you are seeking private mental health counseling or require an urgent, certified DOT SAP assessment to navigate the FMCSA Clearinghouse process, I provide a streamlined, HIPAA-compliant path forward. I am fully licensed and credentialed to serve clients virtually across South Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, and Michigan.
